Happy Friday, everyone! Today’s Friday fitness features an awesome YouTube channel with more than 350 full-length workouts… for free!

The channel is called FitnessBlender, and they have a wide variety of workouts at different lengths of time. Some of my favorites include:

Fat Burning Cardio Workout

Cardio Kickboxing

HIIT Tabata Workout

These are just a few – they have workouts covering all target areas for every fitness level. On each video, they have a timer along the side as well as the number of calories burned for the average person. These are great features to keep you motivated throughout the workout. I encourage you to check out this site to liven up your fitness routine; let me know what you find!

Friday Fitness: Jillian Michaels’ 30 Day Shred

If you’re a fan of the t.v. show “The Biggest Loser,” then you’ve probably seen Jillian Michaels in action. And if you’re crazy like me, you’ve probably done a bunch of her workouts. One of her most common workouts is her “30-Day Shred” program.

While I’ve never actually done this program in its entirety (I typically prefer to mix up fitness routine a bit more), I have done each level at least once. My plan is to do this program this spring or summer, and post about my results. However, if you’d like to join me in doing this, I’ve found each of the levels online.

There are three different levels in the program – you do each level for 10 days. Here’s the link for each level:
