Happy Friday, everyone! You know what that means….
If you’re a fan of the t.v. show “The Biggest Loser,” then you’ve probably seen Jillian Michaels in action. And if you’re crazy like me, you’ve probably done a bunch of her workouts. One of her most common workouts is her “30-Day Shred” program.
While I’ve never actually done this program in its entirety (I typically prefer to mix up fitness routine a bit more), I have done each level at least once. My plan is to do this program this spring or summer, and post about my results. However, if you’d like to join me in doing this, I’ve found each of the levels online.
